MKPS Last Mile is a comprehensive program led by members of the MillerKnoll Performance System (MKPS) Team. The Last Mile methods apply lean principles to Dealer operations activities to maximize efficiency and reduce waste while keeping a primary focus on customer needs during the completion of work. The program provides Dealer team members with coaching and learning on how to effectively implement lean principles throughout their processes, starting with the project installation requirements and then working upstream.
